Too much of a good thing. We’ve been away from supplements for a whole day, but I can’t stay away. Sometimes you can get too much of a good thing. Which vitamins and supplements can get too high? Which ones can become dangerous at high levels? The fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K as well as minerals such as iron, zinc, and selenium. If you take these on a regular basis, make sure you’re not getting too much. Check your levels. Two of the levels I commonly check are iron and vitamin D. On the road to good health, try to avoid U-turns by monitoring supplements that have the potential for toxicity.
