Looks like I skipped a day but I did 41 twice! Sorry for the confusion, I’ll be better prepared for the next round of 50. Anyway, today I’m introducing you to one of my heroes in medicine, Dr. Mark Hyman. He is a functional medicine practitioner and director of functional med for Cleveland Clinic. Below is a link to one of his podcasts, one that is very general and packed with amazing advice. He talks about a lot of supplements in this podcast, but he also stresses the right diet and habits. Supplements can do so much, but if you don’t have the right diet, if you go days without seeing a vegetable and weeks without getting true exercise or if you’re still drinking alcohol every night, focus on those before you start trying to fix all your issues with expensive supplements!
